Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed.

All sales are considered final.

 

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

  • Failure to read product descriptions

Exchanges (Only for Damaged / Incorrect Orders)

Although refunds are not available, we do offer exchanges in the following situations:

 

You are eligible for an exchange if:

 

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

 

 

To request an exchange:

 

Email us at playgobonkers@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

 

Our team will review your request and assist you with the exchange process.

 

Go Bonkers reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on the evidence provided.

Order Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

 

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, because:

 

  • Orders enter processing immediately

  • We aim to dispatch products quickly (within 1–2 days)

 

Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order in rare situations such as:

 

  • Product out of stock

  • Payment failure

  • Incorrect address or missing contact details

  • Unforeseen operational issues

 

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is:

 

  • Lost

  • Significantly delayed

  • Marked delivered but not received

Incorrect Shipping Details

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Failed deliveries

  • Lost packages

Caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details entered by the customer.

No exchange or refund will be provided in such cases.
