This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Karnataka, India.

We are working on expanding our delivery zones soon.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays).

 

Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email/SMS update with your tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery within Karnataka typically takes:

​2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Location within Karnataka

  • Courier partner delays

  • Festivals, high-traffic periods, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Partner

We ship through: Shiprocket and its associated courier partners

 

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

For the launch phase:  Shipping is FREE across Karnataka.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods.

Exchanges (No Returns or Refunds)

We do not accept returns or refunds.

 

However, exchanges are available ONLY if:

 

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The product received is incorrect, or

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

 

Our team will assess the issue and assist you with the exchange process.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at playgobonkers@gmail.com and we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve it.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
