Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

 

We accept online payments through Razorpay only.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

By completing a payment, you confirm that:

 

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • The payment information provided is correct

 

If a payment fails, the order will not be processed.

Orders & Cancellations

Customer Cancellations

 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Orders enter processing immediately.

Seller Cancellations

 

We may cancel your order if:

 

  • The product is unavailable

  • Payment issues occur

  • Shipping details are incorrect/incomplete

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

 

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within Karnataka, India.

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Delivery time: 2–5 business days

Shipping partner: Shiprocket and associated courier partners

Once the order is dispatched, delivery time is controlled by the courier, not Go Bonkers.

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or returns.

 

Exchanges are available only if:

 

  • Product received is damaged

  • Incorrect product was delivered

  • Manufacturing defects exist
